To be eligible for a return, items should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable. Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part.
If you wish to request a return, you should contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item or items concerned, and the reason for the return. This will help us review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
If you are exercising a legal right to cancel your order under applicable consumer law, you must notify us clearly within the relevant cancellation period. After notifying us, you should return the item promptly and in accordance with our return instructions. Certain goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return where exceptions apply, including customized products, personalized goods, intimate items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, and any items clearly marked as non-returnable.
Customers are advised to inspect their order carefully upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us without undue delay. We may ask for photographs or additional information so that we can properly assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances, available stock, and the rights provided under applicable law.
Where a return is made because a customer has changed their mind, return shipping costs will generally be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law. If the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage in transit for which we are responsible, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are safely received by us. For this reason, we recommend that customers use a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when arranged by the customer.
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm whether it meets the conditions of this policy. If the return is approved, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method used for the order unless another method is required by law or agreed in exceptional circumstances. Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.
Refunds usually cover the price paid for the returned item. Delivery charges may only be refunded where required by law or where the refund arises because of an error on our part, such as an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item. If a return is made for reasons of preference, sizing choice, or change of mind, original delivery charges may not be refundable.
We may, in appropriate cases, offer exchanges for eligible items where stock is available. If you would like to request an exchange for a different size, color, or replacement, please contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval of the returned item’s condition.
A partial refund may be granted in cases where items are returned incomplete, damaged due to customer handling, or in a condition that is materially different from when delivered, except where the issue was caused by us. We reserve the right to refuse return or refund requests where the policy conditions are not met, where there is evidence of misuse of the returns process, fraud, excessive abuse, or where the request falls outside the relevant return period and no statutory right applies.
